Hi Brad, I now fully understand the need for a mentor —- somebody who will walk me through and help me navigate the waters of this profession – real estate investing. I realize that even Tiger Woods and Kobe Bryant have ‘coaches’ to help them in their games, more so with me; if I want to elevate my career to the next level, I need all the help from those who have been there, done it and still doing it. Brad…having just started our real estate investing business I want to thank you for your inspiration, knowledge and wisdom that you bring to the table. Winning…would only ad cream to the pie for myself and family in our real estate endeavors.

My husband has been career military and in the next few years will be retiring. In the 12 years we’ve been married he’s been away the majority of it – that’s just the military life. In the past 4 years we’ve had two children and every morning it’s difficult to say to the children that Daddy’s not here right now but he’ll be home soon.

With his impending retirement he’s considering what he can do to support the family while keeping me at home to nurture and educate the children while actually spending time with the family.

We want to work at home together as husband and wife, with and around the family. More than that we want to expand our family. (Maybe you’ve noticed to us life is about God and family!).

Our culture does not support our goals, as most jobs take the worker out of the home. We’re looking at creating a real estate business that not only feeds us, but supports a home-based lifestyle so we can raise our children and live the giving life we desire.

I’ve started the business, but it’s been rocky. I hope to have it at a place where he can step in, and I can be the help-mate I was created to be.

I can’t even begin to fully explain how a FREE one year membership will ehance my Real Estate Business. The most important thing in achieving success is support. The biggest hurdle I have to overcome is controling my thinking. My beliefs are the only things that are standing in my way of getting on the path towards success. I have been trying to get my real estate investing business back on track after a very unfortunate experience with another mentor in Canada. I wont mention the mentors name or their company but to make a long story short I invested thousands of dollars from my L.O.C. into their system, I went out and found an incredible deal where there was potential to earn 100’s of thousands of dollars, I asked him to go out and confirm what I had researched before I tied up the deal and he turnaround and secured the deal without me. Most people that would be it for them and the business but I truely believe from the information that I have both read and heard that a mentorship with Brad and his investment weapons will instill the integrity that I know exsists in the Real Estate Business. The coaching of these proving systems of success will give my business and myself the tools we need to get back on the right path.

I’m just getting started in real estate investing and as I still don’t have much money to invest, the free year-long membership will help me build my investment business. I have been struggling to make it in real estate for several years , have done just a few flips but never enough to make a living, I have spent about close to 15,000 in credit cards on bootcamps and different courses and have not gone anywhere, I would greatly benefit from the mentorship program because it is the support that I never had, as soon as I would get home from an event I felt lost and had alot of questions, and had no one to turn to. My credit is so bad that I have not made any payments on my cc for over 12 months, I have this job that takes up all my time and is not enough to even make ends meet. I feel very dissapointed in myself and am somewhat discouraged after trying for so long. I know deep down inside of me that it’s real and it can happen to me but sometimes it’s so hard to get started and keep yourself motivated. Brad, I wanted in on your smi, but was out of town when it was released, I really needed it, I am starting over after the collapse of my company and I feel that R.e. is the way to go. Winning this would really change my families life, with 2 small children I really don’t know what to do now ! My husband and I have been “working” at this RE Investing for a couple of years now. It has been going slowly for us. We know we have missed something critical in the process, but we also know this is our road to financial freedom. We had another guru mentorship, so as they say “once burned, twice shy”. I think you know what you are talkning about and REALLY want to share that with others. My husband has been attending an RE club. He keeps hearing that “I’ll be able to quit my job soon and do real estate full time.” That is not what we want. We do not want to exchange one j.o.b for another. I am a stay at home mom with five children. We want my husband to come home and the family decide what we want to do and when, not come home and work from home. I know it takes work, but if set it up correctly someone else can help us do the work. We want to eventually turn this into something that will produce passive income. We wouId love to be able to take a good portion of our money to help other people. Making this work and obtaining money quickly enables us to help more people. A year and a half ago, my wife and I, left rural West Texas and moved to the Dallas area after the family company I worked for was sold. We had saved a little money and at the age of 46 thought it was time to trade an 8-5 job for the “nobody ever loses” real estate business.

Over the last year we have spent over $60,000 learning from some of the best “gurus”. We spent 14 hours a day chasing leads and spent an average of $4,000 a month on advertising. Sixteen months later the savings is gone and we are about to tap into what is left of our IRA to try and survive. We have recently taken the dreaded JOB to try to keep out of bankruptcy. What started out with so much hope has instead resulted in poor decisions based on emotion and for the first time in my life, I am consumed with self doubt.

As I look back and try to learn from my mistakes, I realized that 95% of the “gurus” actually do very little personal investing. They earn their money from selling courses and in doing so have very little accessibility to those they are supposedly “mentoring”.

I am excited about working with someone who is currently producing phenomenal results and is willing to show me the path to success.

The bank account is nearly empty but I still possess a strong sense that real estate, with your guidance, will be the tool that can take care of my family. Winning a free membership would be a blessing to meself
and my family. I am a part time real estate investor and
doing some wholesale deals to supplement my family income.
It would be fantastic, exciting and greatly appreciated to not
have to rely on someone elses business for my income.
Working part time from home for myself and making alot
more money than working for someone else would allow
me to spend more time with my family take them places
we have never been before because of the money issues.
It would also allow me to help people that need the help

Hi Brad, I seriously planned to pay for the mentorship program, as I understand nothing worthwhile is free. However, after paying over $15K on a well-known wealth-building program and getting my borrowed money stuck in my first investment property, I could not afford your mentorship program, although I knew it perfectly fits my background and mentality after reading the Stategic Manifesto and listening to the recording of the tele-seminar many times (sorry, Brad, I had to confess that I recorded the tele-seminar not only because English is my second language, but I want to make sure the program was right for me. The recording was never spread to anybody). However, with my whole heart, I wanted to create a sustainable real estate investment business which can in turn support my charity plan, including helping children in the rural areas of China get fair education. It’s December 31st, 2007. As I look back on the year, I feel an incredible sense of accomplishment. To date, I’ve earned over 200K in my real estate business and I can clearly remember that it all started when I went to Brad Wozny’s website, to register for his breakthrough program that made so many people successful.

I smile in my accomplishments as I’ve helped my sister pay off her home and I’ve been able to buy my own first home as well. I was able to make a sizable contribution to my favorite nonprofit, the Sportfishing Association of California, so I could aid in their programs to take more kids fishing and to help rebuild dwindling habitats. Not to mention helping fund a white seabass grow-out pen for the next year. That’s going to be cool!

I can remember the Labor Day trip we took with Magic Johnson and the leaning disabled kids who don’t normally have that kind of opportunity. It was an amazing thing to see so may happy kids and adults too! Heck, even the fish decided to bite and we had limits all around.

It wasn’t easy to get here, of course. I remember how I struggled for a long time to learn the real estate investing game. The times I spent looking for junkers, looking up probate and foreclosure leads and all the free seminars I could take in. The people I’d partnered up with to make things happen, only to have nothing happen. All that effort and I still couldn’t land a good deal. Just too many people wanting retail prices. But, I never entertained giving up. I knew success was just around the corner waiting to happen.

So as I write this, some 9 months down the road, I want to take time out to really say thanks to Brad for the opportunity to work with him for free. Your opportunity changed my life, and I do promise to pay it forward.

I have a long list of failures working out of my house. I’ve done Carleton Sheets, PEI, John Beck, Larry Goins, and lost thousands upon thousands of dollars online, and sometimes it’s like everything I try to accomplish turns to dust. Then I think about the things that I do right, and though I’m still struggling, they far outweigh the negative. I’ve established an LLC, C-corp. managed to purchase an investment property that was built from the ground up, don’t have anyone in it, so it’s straight up negative cash flow I simply can’t afford. If I had one on one with Brad Wozny, it would give me a much clearer understanding of what the heck I’m doing, and be able to tie it all together so it makes sense. Plus, I have 3 beautiful daughters 6, 4, and 3, who would love to see Daddy spend more time with them instead of banging my head on my keyboard.

Hope you’re planning days-on-end, together, learning your methodologies, followed by you modeling for us – live on the phones – so we can seeeeee the effects, followed by lots of mock calls among the students; and, then, maybe another entire day of us students – live on the phone – with real buyers, sellers, and/or investors, making real deals…and the students taking home their profits (at least their split )???

Well, to say that I’m excited about the prospects the future holds would be an understatement! For some time I’ve known that real estate is the way to go, but have lacked the needed knowledge and expertise, and, of course, the capital, to get started. Absent all these, I’ve always sought a capable mentor to get me directed and started on the right path.
