Thanks for an amazingly comprehensive overview. I especially liked how you compared 500.00/month to other start-ups with sooo much less win-ability! I also love the opportunity for true long-enough term mentorship.

Although I could not get through at first on the call starting from 7:50pm EST til 8:23pm, I hope i didn’t miss too much and I am so glad I persisted because I think this is actually something I could do.

Well, to say that I’m excited about the prospects the future holds would be an understatement! For some time I’ve known that real estate is the way to go, but have lacked the needed knowledge and expertise, and, of course, the capital, to get started. Absent all these, I’ve always sought a capable mentor to get me directed and started on the right path. I believe your program is that missing link….that very vital part of the puzzle that I’ve been looking for….the final ingredient necessary to make my real estate dreams and ambitions a true reality!!! I look forward to the opportunity!!!

Of course you’ve yet to unveil explicit details, but I like what I’ve read so far.

Hope you’re planning days-on-end, together, learning your methodologies, followed by you modeling for us – live on the phones – so we can seeeeee the effects, followed by lots of mock calls among the students; and, then, maybe another entire day of us students – live on the phone – with real buyers, sellers, and/or investors, making real deals…and the students taking home their profits (at least their split )???

Well that’s great ! I am looking forward to the new revolution
in realestate.
I am a year into my adventure in real estate and Iam always looking for more options and ways to work the business.
I spend an enormous amount of time in marketing and follow up .I do this for a lot of reasons,three of them are my kids then my wife.I want to succeed in this business and have and will put the time into get to where I want our family to be.

I have a long list of failures working out of my house. I’ve done Carleton Sheets, PEI, John Beck, Larry Goins, and lost thousands upon thousands of dollars online, and sometimes it’s like everything I try to accomplish turns to dust. Then I think about the things that I do right, and though I’m still struggling, they far outweigh the negative. I’ve established an LLC, C-corp. managed to purchase an investment property that was built from the ground up, don’t have anyone in it, so it’s straight up negative cash flow I simply can’t afford. If I had one on one with Brad Wozny, it would give me a much clearer understanding of what the heck I’m doing, and be able to tie it all together so it makes sense. Plus, I have 3 beautiful daughters 6, 4, and 3, who would love to see Daddy spend more time with them instead of banging my head on my keyboard.

To gain residual and passive income that will meet my famiy’s obligations, dreams and still have left over to help those around us who can’t see past their job to any other future. I know when I win the mentoring package for this next year, all the seminars, books, tapes, and so much time will truly make sense. Your manifesto helped me to realize how much was still missing after all that cash has been sent after knowledge. I have sons who I know are watching me, what I do will affect how soon they go for their dreams. They have them but they aren’t large enough yet.

The internet will be the future and all countries of the world will someday have their real estate owned by citizens from around the earth. You are doing your part by thinking so far out of the box. I look forward to finding my own area outside my box with your help. Thanks for never giving up.

Talk about being able to hit the ground running!!Your awesome free year-long package offer would be a definite
god-send for me.I’ve had 2 back surgeries,1 neck surgery,& I re-injured my back on 2/13/07.I have a very physical and fast paced job,and I can no longer do it.I’ve been looking for something that I can do,and this would be about 10 big steps in the right direction.I’m a RE investor newbie and love the opportunity to get started right from my computer.Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise with everyone.I hope to see you on the beaches of the world someday and shake your hand.
