    Great call, lots of excellent information - can’t wait for 2nd call. Loved the outsourcing aspect which will allow me to focus on finding and evaluating more deals to put in the pipeline. My results will undoubtedly improve by applying the information that I learned on this first call. Thank you so much for sharing your experiential wisdom.

    I appreciete all the informaiton. I’m looking for a step by step program as I’m at the very beginning of business building. I’m hoping that will be part of what you offer since you have said your progrom if for experienced and beginers alike. I’m one of the people who has taken many, many bootcamps and has spend much money getting set up with a corporate sturcture but I’ve not yet done many of the basic eletments (not do I really understand where to begin). What you have done for me is provide a great vision - I really need help witht he beginning steps.

    I have just begun reading the manifesto on the way to work this morning and thus far it sounds ok. I like the fact that there is not a lot of fluff and puff but I’ve only read the first couple of pages. We’ll see later if there is a cry for a boot camp or purchase of some more real estate books.

YOU TRULY ARE DIFFERENT THAN ALL OF THESE “GURUS” THAT ARE ONLY OUT TO CONFUSE US AND TAKE OUR MONEY!! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOMETHING…I KNOW ABOUT ASSIGNING CONTRACTS ETC. AND THATS GREAT,BUT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SEVERAL REALTORS LOCALLY IN MY STATE OF GA AND SOME FROM OTHER STATES THAT WORK WITH INVESTORS AND THEY ALL HAVE PROPERTIES WITH TONS OF EQUITY THAT THEY NEED TO SELL AND ARE WELCOMING CREATIVE WAYS TO MOVE THESE HOMES. WILL YOUR NEW SYSTEM ENABLE ME TO WORK WITH THESE REALTORS TO MOVE THESE PROPERTIES AND PARTNER WITH THEM AND DO A 50/50 SPLIT OF THE PROFITS?MAYBE WITH A LEASE OPTION OR NOTE PURCHASE OR SIMULTANEOUS CLOSING TYPE OF TRANSACTION? THE LENDING CRISIS HAS MADE SELLING THESE HOMES NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE MOST OF MY “POWER TEAM” IN PLACE AND WOULD LOVE TO ADD THESE REALTORS.. JUST MISSING A FEW KEY ELEMENTS!     FYI, I’m a beginning SERIOUS investor who finishes a tech contract end of March and wants to gear up real estate income to never have to take another tech contract.

    Have been listening to foreclosure and short-sale tapes, travel for personal house-hunting for my move to the gulf coast (might rent to keep my down-payment as real estate investment capital), sending letters to find properties to flip, studying Jay Abraham materials (you did too?)… and then the 60-hours a week at the day job.

    Will be SERIOUSLY reviewing digesting implementing your manual.

    I appreciate the information you shared on the call, and even days later it still have me churning inside. Part of me finds it hard to believe that the only way I’m ever going to “make it big” is by outsourcing my work. I mean, don’t you start a business because that’s what you like doing? And yet… I also know it’s right, and that businesses where the owner’s do everything don’t go very far. And I understand why I need someone to tell me this. Because even though I *know* it and see it (and have actually been lectured on it by a well-meaning friend who told me I could never make it big just because I have a limited number of hours in a day), yet I still need someone to point out the obvious. And that was only one of the nuggest of insight you shared. I’m looking forward to the next call. And to listening to this one again.

    Your stuff is practical. I like that. As a project manager, I understand the value of a process. (btw, you misspelled “Acceptance” in your flowchart). I appreciate the reminder to put together an advisory group.

    Hope you don’t mind - but I’m going to reach out to this group and actually implement some of your training! For anyone in the Los Angeles CA area, I’m going to be holding partner meetings on Friday from 3-5pm every week that I’m available and can present. The goal of these meeting is to meet and network with like-minded investors and to present my business plans and strategies to interested parties that may want to join our company.     I loved it. I had tech difficulties on the first call, so the replay was wonderful. The other reason I liked having the replay is that I could back up and listen to important parts again. I take pretty good notes, but there was so much coming that I appreciated the ability to listen over and over.

    Unfortunately I was sick, so I missed registering for the 2nd call :( I know there isn’t going to be a replay, but hopefull you’ll reconsider. :) Thanks!!!

    BTW, I attended RW training and left feeling a bit “how on earth is this really going to work” There seemed to be a lot of “just find an investor”, well for someone who is starting out . . . it didn’t seem possible. My mom and I have sold a couple houses, but it still isn’t the same. You’ve given great info so far in the SIM, case studies and videos. Hoping to learn more!!!

    All is great so far!!! Thanks for all the work you are putting into this, it shows!

     Hi Marci -

    There could be several different reasons:

    -> their internet connection bandwidth is inconsistent
     (speed or activity at the time)

    -> amount of activity on Google’s server pulling the
       video….or maintenance….that’s happened before

    -> or forgetting to press ‘play’ again after it loads
