Sudden death for real estate investors?
First, let me assure you… you CAN
beat the odds. So pay close
attention.
A 2001 study of large real estate
investor associations in America
found that 92% of all first time
investors drop out within three
months.
Other research revealed that 9 out
of 10 investors don’t survive the
first year of their investment
portfolio.
So why do 92% of the investors
throw in the towel after three
months?
Didn’t they attend the same
seminars, read the same books, go
to the same boot camps and listen to
the same audios that so many other
investors do?
In all likelihood the answer is
“Yes, they do.”
Did they choose the wrong
investment strategies? Invest in
the wrong systems? Get scammed by a
fast-talking con artist?
While I don’t know for sure, my
guess is “No, they
didn’t.”
Listen, I run a red hot seven
figure investment business, I’ve
spoken to tens of thousands of
investors, and have mentored raw
rookies to earn six figures in less than
six months, and build a seven figure
investment business.
Based on my experience, I have my
suspicions about what caused their
failure.
>>>Why 92% Of Real Estate Investors
Fail<<<
You've heard this: "
Ready, Aim, Fire" right?
You've probably even heard
motivational speakers (including
myself on occasion) advocate the
"Ready, Fire,
Aim" strategy.
Generally, it's a great strategy to
follow. It allows investors to
break through "analysis
paralysis" and
perfectionism that prevents them
from making decisions and taking
action... a death sentence for
investors.
Yet that's not the advice 92% of
investors follow.
Scores of people (even those who
should know better) follow a
"Fire, Aim,
Ready" business pattern.
Notice the difference?
The key in the first two strategies
is putting "
Ready" in the prime,
numero uno position.
When investors start out, they know
that they don't know how to invest
in real estate. So they attend
seminars and learn different
strategies.
What they DON'T know is that they
don't know how to run a real estate
investment business.
They're learning so much at their
seminars and boot camps, it _feels_
like they know everything they
need to succeed.
But they don't.
>>And that’s what has real estate
investment businesses dropping like
flies.<<
===> It’s not a “market
adjustment” and
===> It’s not a “bursting
bubble”.
===> It’s the lack of business
know-how.
The sad thing is…
>>It’s Not Their Fault<<
This stuff isn't taught in college,
and it isn't covered in any
seminar, boot camp or book.
Because, except in rare instances,
those that know this stuff know it
because they were born into it.
If you read my previous email
filling you in on my story -- you
know that I had access to this
world for a brief time.
Let me tell you -- it was an eye
opener!
Not long ago, I worked shoulder to
shoulder with this crowd.
I grew more and more outraged over
the secrets they were keeping.
I saw the faces of the investors I
met at seminars struggling to
build a better life for themselves
and their families.
I realized that they were just
spinning their wheels because they
didn't have access to this
powerful information.
That's why I promised to take the
strategies and tactics used by the
privileged insiders who ran some
of the world's most powerful
companies and make it available to
the rest of us.
My first step was writing my
expose' the Strategic Investment
Manifesto.
If you haven't done so already, be
sure to download my Strategic
Investment Manifesto and 8 FIGURE
Empire overview.
=>Â http://www.8FigureEmpire.com
Read through them and take them to
heart.
If you even do that little bit,
you’ll be miles ahead of the rest.
To your 8 Figure Empire,
Brad
P.S. After you’ve gone through the
manifesto and its ‘The Missing
Module’ the 8 Figure Empire
Overview, shoot me an email and
let me know what you have to
say. I’d love to hear your honest
feedback.Â

SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL

Hi Brad,
I read your SIM 2008 white page and was really impressed. I hold down a nice 6 figure income in corporate america and can relate to the strategies and business building principles that you’re outlining. I’m a newbie real estate investor – but have been fortunate enough to use my network to find qualified mentors that I can add to my team and accelerate my education. Ultimately I feel like I’m getting a head start and will increase my chances of becoming a highly successful real estate investor. I have my friend AJ Brown (owner of TradingTrainer.com) to thank for introducing me to the real qualified / successful members of this community. I just want to say thank you for sharing your information “gratis” – that’s rare and commendable. I’m hoping that in the future we may be able to work together.
Tom
