After reading the first 25 torturous pages I had to skip ahead to see if there was really any meat to the “manifesto”. Yeah, there are some tidbits of new info but nothing new or groundbreaking like I was expecting. Most of the first 25 pages were used to inflate Brads head to the size of Canada. From the emails that were going out I was expecting some new innovative ideas. I’ve read so many books and online “gurus” websites that I have seen most of what is in the manifesto. I was hoping for more. Your claim of giving great investing info away for free comes up way short.
Thanks for a little bit of nothing. I have read just about everything you wrote in your Manifestio before through some other Guru or rip off artist. There wasn,t anything in there that helped me or any bodyelse unless they are a moran. I,ts all about getting peoples life savings and teasing them into thinging that they are going to actually going to get it.

I have been waiting for an opportunity to work with someone for 2 years, I moved from Missouri to Oklahoma to pursue my desire into real estate, and so many gurus that I have talked on the phone and gone to their seminars have merely, let me down. I have been afraid to even take my first home for fear of messing it up.
They give you a mixed bag of tricks to do that is nothing more than pure discouragement. And I am strong enough to know when I am being taken for a ride and will not venture out on something I have no clue on how to start or finish. I need confidence to get a job done and done right!!!
What I’m seeing from you and reading I like and want to pursue with vigor. I look forward to your next training call, and I would like to be considered and included in your train.

My biggest obstacle is lack of business experience in real estate investing. I followed the guidelines from another course advertising, following up on leads generated but didn’t have an experienced mentor to help with along the way so my lack of experience showed and I didn’t sign any deals. I haven’t given up and I will be adjusting my business to apply your strategies to my web sites and my lead generation to get my first deal in hopefully less than 93 days! I am taking a BS degree in business management to help myself professionally. What I need is a crash course from someone with some one on one mentoring.

Hey Brad, I read your manifesto from beginning to end and My comment is that
although I don’t have alot of experience in investing yet, this was probably the best information I’ve seen on building any buisness and although you had one comment that this was all rehash, if the guy had actually read the manifesto he would have realized that you recognized that alot of this information has been around but not neccessarily all in one place and this manifesto puts it in your face to get back on track and to do your buisness in a certain way to build a solid buisness that will take you through some of the tough times that are comming and not lose it all. I’m going to take a long shot and say this guy is one of those oppourtunist, you talked about, or he wouldn’t have even been reading it and has the answers, but amazingly is still trying to find the big one!! Anyway, the manifesto Rocks and all by itself, it has already helped me to get a focus on where I’m going! Thanks, Carl
I’ve read your manifesto this morning and I am hoping to get more information, I have to re-read it again to understand it more. I understand to have a power team around you and may be you are the one that will mentor me to do Real Estate Investing the right way. I am a new Real Estate Investor and I’ve made all the mistakes that you’ve described on your free information. Keep me posted I’m very interested of more information. I really enjoyed reading the manifesto. I am brand new to real estate investing. In fact, I have yet to do my first deal. My real estate investment business in currently in the process of formation and the information that you shared in your manifesto crystallized a lot of what I’m already familiar with. I’ve attended a 3-day real estate investing boot camp and I’m currently apart of a virtual wholesaling real estate boot camp and an ongoing teleseminar in foreclosures.
This presidential campaign season has done a lot to alert the public of the economic downturn of our country and as a soon-to-be real estate investor I have been very curious as to how I should go about profitting from it in this market. Your manifesto brought out a lot of good points for me to follow as I launch out into the world of real estate investing.
Even though your manifesto was very informative I saw many places where there were grammatical errors and sentence fragments. If you want your manifesto to be professional and classified as “top notch” then I strongly suggest you have someone edit it and give you constructive feeback on how you may relate the same information with the same enthusiasm in a more proper and excellent way.
Again, I enjoyed reading your manifesto as I plan to pull in 7 figures in 7 months and 8 figures over the course of the next few years.
