This presidential campaign season has done a lot to alert the public of the economic downturn of our country and as a soon-to-be real estate investor I have been very curious as to how I should go about profitting from it in this market. Your manifesto brought out a lot of good points for me to follow as I launch out into the world of real estate investing. If you want your manifesto to be professional and classified as "top notch" then I strongly suggest you have someone edit it and give you constructive feeback on how you may relate the same information with the same enthusiasm in a more proper and excellent way. My biggest obstacle is lack of business experience in real estate investing. I followed the guidelines from another course advertising, following up on leads generated but didn’t have an experienced mentor to help with along the way so my lack of experience showed and I didn’t sign any deals. I haven’t given up and I will be adjusting my business to apply your strategies to my web sites and my lead generation to get my first deal in hopefully less than 93 days! I am taking a BS degree in business management to help myself professionally. What I need is a crash course from someone with some one on one mentoring.
