    I read the Manifesto. And I think focusing on 1 or 2 things at a time is where I lacked. I just went from one venture to the next. I am going to focus on one thing from now on and be good at it. Thanks Brad!

    Dear Brad,

    Thank you so much for your information so far. I have read your “manifesto” and just listened to your deal examples. I am a real estate investor (and I use the term loosly!) at the end of my rope with trying to devide my time between keeping the fridge full, learning, and a couple of sad attempts at making deals. I don’t have a real plan so I can stop the influx of too much information and just focus, because I’m not sure what to focus on. My husband and I recently had to close a business and we are up to our eyeballs in debt, hopefully your information can begin to help us move this real estate investing to the place it should be.

    I do have a real plan to stay organized so I can stop the influx of customer calls (which I answer in attempts not to loose a deal and because I do appreciate all of their business as a realtor). But now I need to make the deals for me.. and just focus, but I’m not sure what to focus on.
    I want to find the right properties at a low or short sale price and have a buyer in line to assign it to. My question is ..Do I buy as an Option to purchase w/little $ down or And or assigns. I don’t think many Agent in this area know of the Option to Purchase agreement available…
