How about the thousands that wont be able to afford the 8-15K or whatever Investment to join the MentorShip program? All this hype seems to be geared towards a very small window of participants. 35,000 people for 40 spots?
What about the rest of us? Does this mean we all get the short end of the stick?
I’m wondering what we will all be left with? because personally, being already in the industry on the Lending side for many years, i have a better than Avg understanding of the concepts and ideas Brad talks about !! I just need the Blueprint and /or Road map and I’m off to the STARS.

Brad, just flew outta my office and grabbed a spot on the train to read this latest notice about the 8 Figure Empire Mentor/Join Venture Preview. Wow! Wow! so much promise and excitement awaits the lucky 40 participants. I’m curious to see how the Fortune 1000 business strategies can be applied to the real estate investing business. Equally I want to see how to change the mindset and physical abilities to apply it to a business that becmoes financially solvent in a relatively short time as compared to most business plans. It’s encourgaing that you will be employing real estate strategies such as contracting, flipping and syndication of deals to help the investor. I am so excited about all this. I did have trouble getting on the 1st call. I tried from half hour before till 45 mins. into the class. It kept saying not a valid code#. I called the co. and they called and got thru but i never could. I.m praying there’s no problem tonight. I’ve learned so much already.It’s helpful to have a tape because if you didn’t understand something you can just rewind it. The knowledge that you’ve given us is priceless.You talk fast but i can undrstand you. I wish you were here a year ago. I’m practicing what i’ve learned and listened to the case studies. I listened to the recorded training call#1 and am amazed at the concept of syndicator vs ‘just’ a real estate investor; it never accurred to me (linear thinking/mindset?). In a couple of banking related jobs over the years I have been a ‘deal maker’ (selling investor and less than investor-grade quality real estate loans/mortgages in the Secondary Market). With your training materials, systems and mentorship, I can plan for an enormous financial future by serving the market place.

Great call tonight. Much more professional bridge line – the verbal welcome to early birds was reassuring vs. dead silence or music and the dreaded wait…
Content was awesome and did feel more like an overview or appetizer as you stated. Some great chunks of wisdom there for people who are actually in Phase 2 or 3 of their businesses – a little less for those of us in Phase 1 (felt like call 1 covered more specifics there). I think I might have caught a discrepancy with that census data between call 1 and 2 – are we looking at 81 million new Americans by 2029? or 150 million? It might have been a different time period – oh well. Thanks for the details on the JV mentor program. I’ll be there tomorrow competing for a spot and hopefully we’ll be working together next week. I’ve already started writing my strategic plan – so already taking action and moving forward based on your teaching.

The call was very very motivating and exciting to be a part of. I am in the industry on the Lending side and things as we all know are less than stellar these days, with everybody being forced to fold up their tents and guidelines making it nearly impossible to earn a living. I find myself at a cross roads having always wanted to be in the industry from the investor side but never UNTIL NOW finding a program such as this one available to me. However, what if I happen to be like you were when you started out, Broke and in debt? Sad to say, but it is what it is, a little daunting to try and immediatley come up with the necessary funds to try and get to the game. Where does that leave those of us who are in such a situation?
